Job description

Role Description

  • Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate & mentor: share your expertise with junior staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
  • Client-first communication: translate legal jargon into everyday language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews!). Assist in promoting the firm online. Some commercial work may be involved. No worries if you’re new—our senior team will guide you.
  • What You’ll Bring:
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
  • Minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience.
  • Familiarity with case-management systems & digital ID checks.
  • Confidence with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. Innovative mindset for process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.

Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
