Role Description

• Manage the residential conveyancing process from onboarding to file closure, including post-completion and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor junior staff, sharing your expertise and exchanging ideas with colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, translating legal jargon into plain language. Assist in business development and marketing efforts, with support from the team.
• What You’ll Bring:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
• At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience.
• Familiarity with case management systems and digital ID checks.
• Confident using Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms.
• Innovative mindset for process improvements.
• Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Business development skills and a proactive attitude.

Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
