Role Description

  • Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
  • Maintain client-first communication: translate legal jargon into accessible language. We pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews. Feel free to share your commercial work interests; no worries if you're new—our senior team will guide you.
  • What You’ll Bring:
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
  • At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
  • Confident with Land Registry portal, SDLT/LBTT forms, and process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.

Salary and Benefits

  • £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
