Job summary
A local kitchen is seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to join their friendly team. Responsibilities
- Cleaning the kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next day.
- Maintaining food storage areas, including fridges and freezers.
- Receiving deliveries and organising stock correctly.
- Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Removing kitchen waste and disposing of it safely.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment such as cookers and food mixers.
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation.
- Assisting the kitchen team as required during service.
