Deane Road Campus Bolton

37 Hours per week

Shift 1

Mon-Thursday 06.30am-2.00pm & Friday 07.00am-2.00pm

Shift 2

Monday –Thursday 2.00pm-10.00pm & Fri 2.00pm-7.00pm

£24,697 per annum plus £577 shift allowance per annum

Due to College expansion and the opening of our new micro engineering and digital building, we are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible team player to undertake the role of Caretaker.

Ideally you will have

  • Previous experience in a Caretaker role
  • The ability to carry out minor maintenance of the premises including internal fixtures, fittings and furniture, window cleaning and general cleaning.
  • The ability to travel between sites is also essential.

Day to day you will be responsible for

  • Providing a high-quality customer focused service to users of the building.
  • The security of the building grounds, and users of the facility.
