About the Role

The Opportunity
You’ll be stepping into an existing caseload of general civil litigation work, with a particular emphasis on property-related disputes. The team is busy, well-resourced, and led by experienced litigators who will support your ongoing professional growth. From day one, you'll be encouraged to develop your expertise and contribute to the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Running a caseload of general civil litigation matters with a property focus.

• Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies and legal proceedings.

• Drafting legal documents and managing files efficiently.

• Engaging with clients in a professional, approachable manner.

• Working closely with senior colleagues and support staff to deliver excellent service.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A qualified solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with a background in civil litigation.

• Strong interest in property-related litigation is beneficial.

• Confident in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

• A desire to grow within a firm that promotes from within.

• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
