Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager for a thriving early years setting in Greater London. The ideal candidate will oversee daily nursery operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a passionate team. Responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering relationships with parents, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Qualifications include Level 3 or above in Childcare and proven experience as a Nursery Manager. This full-time position offers a salary of £50,000-£55,000 and excellent benefits.

- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices.
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
