Job summary
A construction and refurbishment company is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Working Foreman in Romford. The role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards, and building relationships with clients and contractors. You must have substantial experience in construction, a valid UK driver's license, and relevant certifications like SMSTS or SSSTS. This permanent PAYE position includes a company vehicle and benefits like paid holidays and a pension scheme.

- Must be an apprentice qualified carpenter.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
