A leading home care provider in North East England is seeking compassionate Care Assistants/Seniors to offer high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This role involves assisting with personal hygiene, medication, and daily living activities. Female candidates are preferred due to the needs of clients. The position offers ongoing support, full training, and regular shifts. A valid driving license is essential to transport clients, making this an ideal role for motivated individuals passionate about caring for others.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants / Support Workers / Seniors to provide high-quality care and mental health support to an individuals in their own home, during the day and at night. The ideal candidates will be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being among clients with diverse needs.

As a Senior, you will also undertake audits, client reviews, complete spot checks, observations and 1 : 1 staff meetings.
