This is a great opportunity to work with the companies Lead Estimator on internal projects across London and South. My client is a well established sub-contractor working with a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2025, partnering with some of the industries leading Main Contractors as well as established regional contractors

The Role:

• Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £10k up to £5m
• Prepare tender packages
• Risk assessments
• Cost planning
• Overall supporting the work of the Lead Estimator

This well established and respected contractor is looking for:

• Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer but ideally subcontractor dryling or Carpentry)
• Negotiation skills
• Team Player
• Self starter and organisational skills

Role: Estimator

Location: Uckfield

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Upto £35k Considering early career estimators so dont hesisate to apply even if you dont think you have all the experience.
