• Experience as Branch Manager, Depot Manager, or General Manager.
• Previous work in Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Powered Access, or Construction Rental.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of personnel.
• Deliver effective operational and commercial performance.
• Hold full P&L responsibilities for the branch.
• Meet depot objectives and budgets.
• Ensure fleet is kept in good condition.
• Uphold health and safety policies and legislation.
• Recruit and develop staff.
