The Role:
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support with filling Trades roles such as Welders and Electricians for several of our key UK clients. Having built strong and lasting relationships with some of the biggest businesses in the Aerospace & Defence sector, this person needs to have great interpersonal skills and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking to move into recruitment. We are looking for candidates that have worked in a fast paced environment, such as retail or hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working a high volume of contract roles for our Aerospace & Defence clients
- Working out rates/margins for contractors
- Building strong relationships with our key clients
- Working effectively in a high performing team
Experience & Skills:
- Experience of working in a fast paced working environment (retail, hospitality etc.)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge
- Go getter approach - Happy to pick up the phone and speak to candidates/clients
- Team player, who can build good relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients
