This is a hands‑on delivery and administration role — perfect for someone who enjoys fast‑paced recruitment, building candidate relationships, and getting results. You'll work closely with our Recruitment Manager to ensure we fill Gatwick and Heathrow vacancies efficiently and compliantly.

• Source, screen, and register skilled trades and technical candidates for Aviation, Electrical, and Mechanical projects.
• Manage job adverts, candidate databases, and incoming applications across multiple platforms.
• Liaise with site operatives to confirm start dates, shifts, and assignment details.
• Conduct compliance checks (RTW, CSCS etc.) in line with Employment Agency Standards and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and payroll data.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and communication.
• Support senior consultants and managers with recruitment administration and client delivery.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and overall candidate experience.

We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and people‑focused. You might already be in recruitment — or perhaps you have transferable experience from admin, sales, or customer service and want to break into the recruitment industry.

You'll need:

• Excellent communication skills (both phone and written).
• Confidence when speaking with candidates and clients.
• A structured approach to admin and time management.
• Drive and resilience in a busy, target‑driven environment.
• A genuine interest in construction or aviation recruitment.
• IT literacy (MS Office, CRM or database experience preferred).
