A UK-based specialist in industrial electrical and automation solutions is seeking an experienced Electrician for a major conveyor installation project at a new distribution centre. The company offers end-to-end services—from design and installation to commissioning and maintenance—in manufacturing, logistics, and material handling sectors. This contract role involves 50% hands-on electrical installation and 50% overseeing quality control, including inspections and sign-offs. Experience with Dematic systems is essential.

1. Perform electrical installation and wiring for conveyor systems and related machinery.
2. Oversee installation work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
3. Conduct inspections and approve completed electrical work.
4. Adhere to installation methodologies and safety protocols.
5. Manage containment and wiring as required.
6. Utilize IT tools and iPads to document and report work progress.

1. Experience with Dematic conveyor systems.
2. Electrical qualification or apprenticeship.
3. Valid ECS or CSCS card.
4. Experience signing off electrical work (preferred).
5. High attention to detail.
6. Immediate availability.
