£35k to £40k

Established for close to ten years now, we are a growing company within the warehouse automation sector. We have close relationships with global 3PLs and trusted brands, having built our own robots and software to get the job done. Join us as we shape the future of material handling as we are now on the lookout for a Service Engineer to head our UK region.
This role will vary day to day, with you being based from Birmingham but covering callouts over the whole UK. You will work from home for troubleshooting and accessing our robots remotely, then when a toolbox is needed, you will head out to site to fix the robots. You will be provided with all tools needed for the role and will cross-communicate with other channels for reports and callout diaries. Full product training is provided in an introduction period as our robots use our own software.
