You will work on a diverse range of commercial, retail, Residential and hospitality projects across the West End, from smallto large-scale developments.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for design and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SketchUp a plus.
- Strong understanding ofcost management, project scheduling, regulations, and legislation.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude with a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
- To support on a variety of architectural & interior fitout projects in retail, commercial, residentialsectorsacross the portfolio.
- Briefing, commenting on, and managing external consultant teams.
- Produce design guidelines.
- Review and comment on design submissions.
- Prepare high-quality, clear, concise & engaging summary reports and presentation packs.
- Good interest in, understanding and working knowledge of , cost, programme, regulations and legislation are important.
