A growing law firm in Stevenage is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves handling wills and probate, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Ideal candidates will have experience in private client services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join an expanding Private Client Law firm, on a part‑time basis. We are ideally looking for someone to join us on a part time basis of 3 days a week. This is a permanent opportunity.
Adviser Legal is growing law firm based in Stevenage. You will be an important factor on how the role is shaped going forward.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to solicitors offering Private Client services. The work will include obtaining Grants of Probate and dealing with Estate administration, simple Will drafting and drafting of Lasting Powers of Attorney with a particular focus on Probate work.
