A major healthcare trust is seeking an Admin Manager to provide essential administrative support to the virtual ward team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in a busy clerical environment, and the ability to analyze data. This position offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development. Salary is competitive, ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 pro rata.
The Virtual Ward is expanding and in order for us to continue to grow, we are looking for an Admin Manager that will join our team and support the service to develop further.
We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, can support the team with administration tasks, work with and analyse data and can work flexibly within a busy environment.
You will provide administrative support to the virtual ward team and will be responsible for developing administrative systems to ensure robust monitoring of the service.
You will work as part of a wider multi‑disciplinary team to ensure the effective running of the service including call handling, appointments and follow‑ups, tracking of equipment and setting up meetings, etc.
This role continues to evolve as the service develops and may include a staff management element as the team expands.
