Solicitor - Private Client - Clevedon - 2-4 Years PQE

Location: Clevedon (Hybrid working available)

Type: Permanent, Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

Salary: £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience

A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its busy and expanding team in Clevedon. With a senior-heavy structure and increasing demand across core areas, this is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level fee earner to take ownership of quality work, support junior colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drafting and advising on wills (high volume workload)
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Advising on and administering trusts
  • Handling estate administration and probate matters
  • Liaising with clients and third-party professionals
  • Supporting a collaborative and well-balanced team structure
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years' PQE in private client law
  • Strong technical and drafting skills across wills, LPAs, trusts, and probate
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Confidence in managing files independently and efficiently
