A community college is seeking a passionate Zumba Instructor to lead adult dance courses. You will design an engaging curriculum focused on Zumba's musicality and techniques while conducting classes in a supportive environment. Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Zumba and excellent communication skills. This position offers various working patterns and opportunities for professional development within the College.
We're in search of a passionate Zumba Instructor to lead adult dance courses centered around the expressive and rhythmic style of Zumba. As the instructor, you'll design an engaging curriculum that explores Zumba's musicality, technique, and cultural roots, helping participants develop confidence and fluidity in their movements.
Responsibilities include creating lesson plans that are educational, enjoyable, and suitable for all experience levels. You'll conduct group classes in a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering a sense of connection and community through the art of Zumba.
Training opportunities are available within the College. Support is provided to help you gain the Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET) within your first year of joining.
