Youth Outreach Worker – Haringey
Location: Haringey, London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 5:30pm (some flexibility may be required)
Pay Rates: £20.74 per hour (PAYE) | £27.04 per hour (Umbrella)

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Youth Outreach Worker to support young people across Haringey. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on building positive connections and empowering vulnerable youth within the community.

Role Overview:
As a Youth Outreach Worker, you’ll be engaging directly with young people in various settings, offering support and guidance to help them navigate social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. You’ll play a key role in creating safe spaces and facilitating development through outreach activities, informal education, and collaborative interventions.

Main Duties:

Deliver targeted outreach and early intervention for young people in the local area

Build meaningful, trust-based relationships to support personal growth

Encourage positive behaviours through mentoring and tailored engagement

Work closely with schools, families, and multi-agency partners

Promote inclusion and wellbeing through creative workshops and group activities
