Job summary

A mainstream secondary school in Wandsworth is looking for a dedicated Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) to provide support for students with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience in a relevant role and possess strong behaviour management skills. Candidates with Team Teach or Physical Intervention training are highly desirable. Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Secondary School - Wandsworth - ASAP Start- 115 - 117 per day (depending on experience)

Youth Worker Required for a Mainstream Secondary School in the borough of Wandsworth

Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support

Youth Worker required to have at least 1 years' experience with young people, ideally in a school setting

Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills

Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

Our Client, A Mainstream secondary School are seeking for a passionate and well experienced Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
