A new part‑time role to lead, develop, and grow Christ Church Southend’s ministry with youth (secondary school age). The Youth Pastor will work with the Head of Children, Youth & Families on developing this aspect of our ministry (11‑18s), be the key person responsible for developing the ministry, and ensuring our young people are given every opportunity to grow in their discipleship – growing to maturity in Christ. The successful applicant will play a significant role in shaping our ministry with 11‑18s across all aspects of church life.
