Job summary

A specialist recruitment firm is looking for a Housing Service Manager to oversee a supported accommodation service for young adults in Tyne and Wear. The successful candidate will manage a team and ensure the well-being of residents, fostering independence through robust support. This is a contract for 3 months with a salary of £34,380 per annum and requires previous experience in housing management and working with vulnerable people.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a supported housing service.
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and young people with complex needs.
• Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage a supported accommodation building housing 14 young people.
• Ensure the service meets its contractual requirements.
• Maintain staffing levels to deliver the service.
