Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking two Youth Development Workers for temporary roles in Redruth. The successful candidates will support young people aged 16-25 in a variety of ways, including personalized coaching and facilitating group activities. Essential qualifications include a right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check. This position offers full-time hours with a rolling rota.

Job description

Youth Development Worker (x2 Temporary Roles)

Location: Redruth, Pool, and Penzance, Cornwall
Salary: 14.82 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (Approx. 8 Weeks but could be extended)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota (including weekends and bank holidays)

Working Pattern: Four-week rolling rota with shifts between 8am and 10pm
DBS Requirement: Enhanced Adult & Child

Are you passionate about supporting young people to unlock their potential and build brighter futures? We're looking for two dedicated Youth Development Workers to join a team that provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25.

Responsibilities of the Youth Development Worker will include:
