Youth Development Mentor (SEMH & Sports Coaching) - Havant

Prospero Teaching is proud to be working with a specialist SEMH secondary school in Havant, and we're seeking passionate, kind-hearted Youth Development Mentors with a strong interest in sports coaching to join their supportive team.

This isn't just a job- it's an opportunity to be a lifeline for young people navigating emotional and behavioural challenges. You'll be the person who listens, encourages, and helps them build confidence and resilience, both in the classroom and through sport.

Location: Havant

Start Date: January 2026

Pay: From 13.96/hr

Contract: Long Term / Permanent

  • Supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs

Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
