Role: Year 4 Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Step into the exciting world of Year 4, where pupils are becoming more independent, curious, and eager to learn. Heart of Supply are looking for teachers who already have experience in this year group, as well as those who are keen to gain it. Supply teaching offers the perfect way to explore a variety of schools while strengthening your skills in lower Key Stage 2. Our partner schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas are looking for flexible, motivated teachers who can create engaging learning experiences and build pupils\' confidence.

What you will need
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), experienced or newly qualified
  • Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4, or a strong interest in gaining experience in this year group
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons that meet pupils' needs
  • Strong classroom management with a supportive and encouraging approach
  • Flexibility to adapt your teaching to different school settings and learning styles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
