Tasks

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment where pupils feel valued and respected.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress regularly, using a variety of methods.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, employing positive behaviour management strategies.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and the senior leadership team to achieve school-wide goals.
• Uphold and implement all school policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
