Are you a newly qualified teacher, looking to gain more experience to kickstart your career in 2026? We have an exciting new role primarily to teach Year 1 pupils to start as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. The school is in Darlington and has received an overall 'Good' rating from OFSTED. They are looking for staff who are willing to drive this result to Excellent in the next academic year and improve standards of the school, with the highest expectations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our dynamic team of teaching staff. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners aged 5 to 7 years old. Your passion for teaching and dedication to student development will be key in creating a positive and engaging learning experience.

Key Skills:

  • Strong ability to motivate and encourage primary school children to learn.
