Overview

Role: Year 1 Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

What you will do
  • Support schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas as a Year 1 Teacher, helping children thrive in a positive learning environment.
  • Gain experience across different classes, year groups and key stages through flexible supply work.
What you will need
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Recent experience teaching Key Stage 1 in a UK school
  • Confidence delivering early years phonics, reading, and numeracy in line with the national curriculum
  • Strong classroom management with a nurturing and encouraging approach
  • Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning styles and developmental stages
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
