A leading healthcare provider in Manchester is seeking an Estates Supervisor to oversee Hard Facilities Management services at various hospitals. This role involves ensuring safe maintenance of buildings and adherence to statutory requirements, as well as supervising compliance and energy efficiency initiatives. The WTWA Estates Supervisor has responsibility for Hard Facilities Management (FM) servicesand sub-contracted services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington CommunityHospital, Altrincham Hospital, Opal House and associated 'Off Campus' Properties., S/he will beresponsible for ensuring that all buildings, plant & infrastructure are maintained safely and costeffectively within agreed statutory requirements, in accordance with NHS and the Trust's policiesand procedures. S/he will supervise and monitor programmes of work, Compliance, Health & Safety (H&S) legislation and work with the Trust's Energy & Sustainability team to ensure efficientuse of energy, power and utilities services. S/he will deputise for the WTWA Estates Officer inhis/her absence
