You will take ownership of the Electrical section, supervising and supporting the team while ensuring high standards of service, safety, and productivity. Job Overview

• Clean and maintain the presentation of equipment.
• Inspect, test, and repair returning hire equipment, including PAT testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair a range of electrical tools and lighting.
• Support and train the Electrical team, helping them meet KPIs for quality and productivity.
• Work with workshop supervisors to ensure overall workshop KPIs are achieved.
• Contribute to system improvements, stock management, and procedural development.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for managing the Electrical team and ensuring smooth operations.
