• Previous experience in a dealership as a Workshop Controller or Foreman.
• Strong drive, resilience, and energy.
• Well-presented individual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of all jobs to brand standards.
• Oversee and support Technicians to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct regular process reviews with the Aftersales Manager.
