We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aberdeen branch as Workshop Services Manager. You will be an organised leader, managing the team within the workshop, scheduling work, and planning daily operations, enabling you to deliver the best service to our customers. This role is to support the Branch Manager in the running of the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing the team around you.

Key Requirements
  • Organised – forward‑thinking to plan and schedule workload, keep workshop running smoothly and safely.
  • Customer service – develop and manage customer relationships to ensure needs are met, and services are developed for future needs.
  • Continuous improvement – review and amend processes to run workshop efficiently and productively.
  • Attention to detail – work with budgets, results, and targets in mind.
  • Team player – communicate with different departments to secure properly aligned operations.
  • Health & Safety – health and safety comes first throughout the workshop.
