Responsibilities

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Do you have Kerridge / Keyloop experience?
  • Are you able to motivate and support your team?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role?
  • Are you customer focused and can drive the standard in customer care?
