A family business in M&E / Facilities Maintenance is seeking an organized works planner. The role involves planning and administering tasks for engineers, ensuring timely responses to clients, and managing communication through a CAFM system. Ideal candidates will have planning experience in the engineering field and strong communication skills. This hybrid position allows 2-3 days of remote work each week.

This is a great opportunity to join a family business with 20+ industry experience and reputation across M&E / Facilities Maintenance.
The right candidate will be primarily planning works for our team of engineers, ensuring client response times and due dates are adhered to, carrying out administrative tasks relating to reporting and debriefing of works and working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
The role would include travelling to the office 2-3 set days a week and there is the option to work from home the other remaining days.
