What You\'ll Do
  • Delivering a professional and personal guest experience. Greet and register all guests and parcels using internal systems, escort visitors to their meetings, and provide a warm, efficient welcome that sets the tone for their entire visit.
  • Creating a standout workplace environment. Conduct twice-daily floor walkarounds and workplace inspections to ensure every space is safe, clean, and inviting. Maintain meeting rooms throughout the day so they\'re always ready, well-stocked, and looking their best.
  • Managing the details that make a difference. Handle incoming mail and parcels with accuracy and care, keeping everything logged and delivered smoothly.
  • Collaborating across service lines. Work closely with cleaning, technical, building management, AV, IT, and events teams to support colleagues and guests—staying one step ahead to deliver a seamless experience. You\'ll play a key role in creating a joined-up, proactive workplace environment by working as #OneMitie.
  • Taking ownership of the workplace experience. Log work orders, coordinate services, and support daily operations with pride, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Who You Are

  • 1-2 years\' experience in hospitality, luxury retail, corporate concierge, airlines, or similar.
