Working Foreman - Small Works Refurbishment & Fit‑Out (Central London, Zones 1‑2)

Location: Central London, Zones 1 and 2

Rate: £230 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)

Contract: Immediate start | Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)

About the Role

This isn't your typical sit‑behind‑the‑desk management job. We're looking for someone who's as comfortable rolling up their sleeves on site as they are managing subbies, speaking with clients, and keeping projects on track. The projects are varied and fast‑moving, often involving refurbishments and fit‑outs in occupied spaces—so you'll need to be flexible, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman in the construction sector, ideally with a strong background in small works refurbishments and fit‑out.
• Capable of running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Hands‑on and willing to lead by example on site—someone who's respected by the trades and trusted by clients.
• Client‑facing, with the ability to build strong relationships and represent the business professionally at all times.
• SMSTS and First Aid certificates (must be in date).
• Keen, ambitious, and looking to grow with a company that values hard work and commitment.
