Job Description

As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our workforce with current and future business needs, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately, boosting our overall performance.

Working at the forefront of our organisation, you will ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

Collaborating alongside our Operational teams, you will ensure optimal staffing levels, analyse feedback to enhance service delivery, and develop contingency plans for peak periods and unforeseen circumstances.

In this role, you will inspire and motivate your team, become a valued member of the wider management team and build strong relationships across the global Business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning, resource management, or a similar strategic planning role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think long‑term and anticipate future needs.
• Experience in change management and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Detailed understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
• Proficiency in workforce planning software and tools is desirable.
