As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our workforce with current and future business needs, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately, boosting our overall performance.
Working at the forefront of our organisation, you will ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Collaborating alongside our Operational teams, you will ensure optimal staffing levels, analyse feedback to enhance service delivery, and develop contingency plans for peak periods and unforeseen circumstances.
In this role, you will inspire and motivate your team, become a valued member of the wider management team and build strong relationships across the global Business.
