Do you thrive on driving performance, fine-tuning processes, and helping teams grow? As our Workforce Planning and Optimisation Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing daily planning and scheduling operations to support efficient field service delivery.
You’ll be the go-to for smart scheduling, slick performance, and spotting risks before they show up. With a mix of coaching, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership, this role is all about driving results and lifting your team to new heights.
You'll be based in Pride Park, Derby and will work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am and 4pm.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with a passion for developing front-line Planners and Schedulers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
You will be skilled in coaching and performance management, with the ability to balance workload demands and resource availability to ensure optimal service delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement is essential, as you’ll be the key point of contact for operational planning queries and performance updates.
You’ll bring technical expertise in dispatch, jeopardy, and alarm management, and be confident using tools such as Salesforce, SAP ESS/MSS, eSCADA, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Power Apps.
