• Experience in a similar role within the Geotechnical discipline.
• Proven experience in workforce or labour coordination within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, especially in piling and civil engineering environments.

• Receive and interpret workforce requirement lists from Construction Managers and Project Managers.
• Implement advanced planning and coordination for resource and training needs.
• Liaise with labor supply agencies to ensure quality and reliability.
