A health organisation in Devon is recruiting for a part-time Workforce Business Administrator to assist with governance reports and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administration skills, managing databases and recruitment processes while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role offers a supportive environment for professional development and works closely with various teams to meet workforce needs in the Exeter area.
We are delighted to be recruiting a WorkforceBusiness Administrator (Band 4). This role is offered on a fixed-term basis (6 months) and is a part-time opportunity (0.8WTE).
This role will support collating data and information relating to Workforce for governance reports, assisting Managers with progressing recruitment activity including scheduling and coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining various databases.
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and administration skills. The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.
The post holder can expect support and guidance from a supportive team.
