Overview

We are looking for a Workflow Administrator/Summariser to join our busy Administrative team. The role will involve the use of SystmOne and Anima software to process documentation in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, the post holder will undertake summarisation of patient notes, ensuring accurate coding and documentation onto SystmOne., Work within the WorkflowTeam providingexcellent patient care by accurately processing incoming documentation usingAnima,(AIworkflow software), and work flowing documents to the relevant clinicians withina timelymanner whilst following clear protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Summarise all new patient records within 4 weeks of arrival, following clear protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal post holder will have experience of SystmOne and will be familiar with the workflow and summarisation process.
