A global ingredients solutions provider seeks a Workday System Analyst to join the HR People Systems team. The role encompasses responsibilities in Payroll Support, Benefits Management, and Roadmap Delivery, requiring a deep understanding of Workday modules and effective stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll & Benefits. The Workday System Analyst is a key member of the Global HR People Systems team. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Workday US Payroll, Benefits (including Open Enrolment), Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation, with strong foundational knowledge of HCM, Absence, and Performance. The position is responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support, stakeholder engagement, and delivering system updates, enhancements, and strategic projects.
