Job description
Overview

Keylime Consultants are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and people-centered organisation, that are currently implementing Workday HCM across all their global locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join a successful HR department in a standalone role, supporting a brand-new deployment, as well as all future enhancements and support activities. This is a permanent position, available as fully remote across Germany and paying up to around €95,000 DOE + bonus.

Role

As part of a broader HR Transformation programme, the business is harmonising and standardising global HR processes by implementing Workday as a central solution across US, Europe and Asia. The new Workday HCM Specialist will play a key role in the last phases of the company’s Workday deployment, set to go live later this year, in collaboration with HR stakeholders, external contractors, Workday and the implementation Partner. The new resource will then act as the main point of contact for Workday within the organisation, leading future system enhancements, such as the implementation of new modules and features, as well as supporting users and troubleshooting issues. Along with Workday, the new Specialist will oversee other HR tools and their integrations into Workday and the wider IT infrastructure. You\'ll bring both technical Workday skills and strategic HR knowledge, helping to shape a unified and standardised global HR framework, by promoting best Workday practices and proposing new HR Tech solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of Workday, with hands-on configuration skills and support experience in Core HCM
  • Knowledge of Absence, Talent & Performance and/or Advanced Compensation will be considered a plus
  • Extensive experience in maintaining and optimising Workday HCM within an international organisation; involvement in a new deployment would be a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of local and global HR processes and their configuration in Workday
  • Knowledge of Workday Integrations, in particular with global Payroll and Recruitment solutions
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills: business language is English, however fluency in German would be appreciated
  • Candidates must be based in Germany and able to travel for meetings, workshops and training sessions
