Overview

Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience for the position. This role is work from home indefinitely and requires a decent laptop or computer and a USB headset with a microphone, along with a decent broadband connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle charity fundraising and telesales tasks from a home-based setup.
• Input information into a computer and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in weekly remote training sessions via Zoom and complete required scripts and roleplay during interviews.
• Meet performance targets and participate in ongoing training to improve results.

Requirements

• Recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
• Own a Windows computer and USB headset with microphone.
• Broadband connection with upload speed above 8 Mbps and download speed above 25 Mbps.
• Good communication skills on the phone and a passion for charity.

Schedule and Training

• 8 hour workday (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00–20:00 with one Saturday 10:30–18:30.
• If you work the Saturday, you get a day off in the week.
• There is a telephone interview with a script-based roleplay and weekly remote Zoom training.
• Training pay: the first 2 days of online Zoom training (14 hours) is held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

Compensation

• £12.35 per hour base rate; with consistent target achievement the rate can rise to £12.70, then £13.05 per hour with good OTE commission opportunities.
• During Training/Graduation Bay, the pay rate is £12.21 per hour (typically the first 2 weeks, depending on performance).
• Target is 15 sign-ups per week. Hitting 15 sign-ups earns an extra £2 per hour; every sign-up beyond the minimum target is paid at £17.50 per sign-up.
