Job summary

A woodworking company in Central Bedfordshire seeks a Wood Machinist to operate various woodworking machinery and produce both bespoke and high-volume joinery components. The successful candidate will have proven experience, strong joinery skills, and the ability to read technical drawings. A qualification in Wood Machining is desirable. Key Responsibilities

Operate woodworking machinery (Planer, Thicknesser, Spindle Moulder, Tenoner, Saws, etc.)

Produce both bespoke and high-volume joinery components

Read and follow technical drawings and written instructions

Work with the team to determine best machining methods and tooling

Report discrepancies before production begins

Key Skills
