Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in wholesale logistics within fashion or a related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Mintsoft (or similar ERP systems) and INCOTERMS.
• Highly organised, data-driven, and confident with Excel and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central link between wholesale partners and internal teams.
• Manage all aspects of wholesale logistics from planning to delivery.
• Oversee the full order critical path from PO upload to final dispatch.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy across all shipping documentation.
• Track and report on logistics performance and costs.
• Resolve logistical challenges maintaining stakeholder relationships.
