Job summary

A leading mobility solutions provider in Greater London is looking for a Wheel Section Team Lead to oversee high-quality repairs in the workshop. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership experience, be reliable, and possess strong mechanical skills in the bike industry. This role requires effective communication and teamwork capabilities, as well as the ability to lead by example. The position offers a pay rate of £14 to £16 per hour depending on attendance, with Monday to Friday shifts from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Wheel Section Team Lead to work with an important company in London - leading smart‑mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including e‑assist bicycles and electric scooters.

Shift Patterns :

Monday to Friday 8:45am‑5:15pm

Pay Rates

£14 / h‑£16 / h depending on attendance

As a E‑Bike Mechanic you will need to have :

• Proven leadership experience in a workshop or repair team environment.
• Previous experience in mechanic / automotive / bike industry.
• Strong ability to true and repair wheels to a high standard.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to lead by example, reliable and organized.
• Practical skills navigating and using apps.
• Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 35kg on a frequent basis.
• To respond to other various tasks as they are assigned.
