You will be joining a capital works team who have a strong presence and reputation which they are known for their collaborative approach and consistent delivery, the team plays a key role in driving high‑quality outcomes for a range of public and private sector clients overseeing contracts across the midlands.

Responsibilities
  • Installation: Fit bathroom systems and other components.
  • Preparation: Prepare and level surfaces, ensuring correct sealing.
  • Plumbing: Install plumbing components, including drains and water supply pipes.
  • Quality Control: Test and inspect installations to ensure functionality and leak‑free performance.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Health & Security: Follow health and safety regulations on‑site.
  • Maintenance: Perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
